Cooking Greek History


The courses, with the exception of Historic Bread making -olive oil tasting  and the Cheese and yogurt making, take place in a 300 year old olive grove, 5 km from the city of Chania.

Depending on the weather, the lessons may be conducted indoors. In that case they are rather demonstrations than hands on period lessons.

The classes are available all year round. In case of bad weather guests eat inside.
