A hands-on cheese tasting and making experience.
The class will explore the history of cheese making and will learn how to how to make rennet, vinegar and plant juice based cheese curds and re-create Greek historic goat and sheep cheese recipes.
Class duration is 4 hours and includes a tasting of famous Cretan and Greek cheeses and a light historic meal.
Numbers are limited to 8 participants, so that your experience is as hands-on as possible.
A light meal follows each class.
